We recommend using 2 bundles for lengths (10-12”)
For bundles (14”-18”) 3 bundles are recommended for your crown
For a full and fluffy set of head, use 4 bundles of (18”-32”) for best results

Question: What grade hair os the hair?Answer: We sell two different Grade Hair Diamond BOSS Hair is referred to the highest grade Raw Virgin Hair (now 12A) our's have proven to maintain the same quality from 3-5 years with proper care. GIRL Boss Hair is the average market hair "Virgin Hair" (10A) that last from 1-2+ years or more with proper care.
Question: When will I receive my order?
Answer: WIGS: Standard Orders within the US normally takes 3-7 Business days. BUNDLES: Standard Orders within the US normally takes 2-5 Business days. JAMAICA: Standard Orders available in Jamaica normally takes 1-3 Business days. Please visit our shipping policy to see shipping estimated times in your region.

Answer: On average our hair has a natural color of 1B.
Question: Can the hair be colored?
Answer: YES!!! Girl BOSS Hair can be colored up to #27. Diamond BOSS Hair can be colored up to #613. ***We recommend using professional grade products or have a licensed hairstylist color it. COLLEGE Hair can be colored up to #27. We recommend buying our #613 color in this quality if you want blonde color for best results.

Answer: Yes, we use "ZIP'. If you're in Jamaica, DM @herdimaondboxja for instructions on how to make monthly payments.

Answer: We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair orders.

Answer: JAMAICA: same day delivery is available once the order is placed and paid for by midday. USA: Same Day Pickup & Delivery Available in West Palm Beach and Surroundings.

Answer: Yes, we can customize your wigs so they are ready to wear, this includes cutting lace, adding straps and making baby hair. WE CAN ALSO CUSTOMIZE THE COLOR YOU WANT. Email us a photo of the color hair and we will send you a quote.
